The PWG Last Call of the IPP Version 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 specification update has begun. This specification will update PWG Candidate Standard 5100.12-2011: IPP/2.0 Second Edition and defines the IPP 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 protocol versions. Each version defines a minimum set of supported IPP extensions to simplify development and interoperability of IPP Client and Printer implementations.

Summary of the April 2015 Face-to-Face Meeting May 2, 2015

The Printer Working Group recently held a face-to-face meeting on April 28 through May 1, 2015 in Sunnyvale, CA. We discussed current and future liaison‘s with other standards groups and reviewed several drafts of in-progress specifications.
