[IPP] document-number in PWG 5100.17 vs IANA registration

Alexander,

"document-number" is a read-only attribute and so is called a "Document Status" attribute. However, the encoding of attributes only identifies the group/object and not the read-only/read-write behavior of an attribute, so more generically it is a Document attribute using the document-group-tag group.

IPP Scan needs to be updated accordingly with an errata - Document Status when talking about the attribute and "Group 2: Document Attributes" when talking about the attribute group (tag).
