[IPP] document-number in PWG 5100.17 vs IANA registration

Hi,

IANA registration database defines the "document-number" attribute as a 
member of the Document Status collection and refers to the PWG 5100.5, 
while PWG 5100.17 defines it as a member of the Document Description 
collection.

It looks like a mistake. Please, clarify.
