After doing a quick scan of this document, I really don't think we want to bring it back from its shallow grave - much of the content doesn't match up with a managed color workflow. However, there are a few things we can take from it:
3.3 black-overprint
3.14 trapping
Both of these *do* have applications in prepress to deal with registration issues between separate color planes, however I haven't had registration issues on a printer in years - still needed? If we do add these to JPS3, they should be booleans.
3.12 Color rendering intent attributes
Should we fold the notion of separate rendering intents for graphics, text, and images into print-rendering-intent?
