[PWG-Announce] Updated document templates posted

All,

I have posted updated document templates to the FTP server.  The only changes were to make all links "https://" and to point the IETF STD/BCP references to the numbered standard/best current practice instead of the RFC number.  Available at:

	https://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/general/templates/reg-template.docx
	https://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/general/templates/wd-template.docx
	https://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/general/templates/white-template.docx

Prior versions are available with the usual "-YYYYMMDD" suffixes...
