The Media element comes from RFC2911, the values from PWG5101.1. I've
added the proper references to the table.

Another question.
Why is media size just called "Media"? I would have MediaSize would be
more descriptive and in fact the reference to pwg5101.1/Section 5 calls
it Media Size. (Maybe there is some history of just using Media.)
