That sounds like we should leave ValidatePrintJobTicket in the print service, remove Validate<service>JobTicket in every other service, and get rid of Validate<service>DocumentTicket everywhere.

Well, Validate-Job is sufficiently rarely implemented that we made it DEPRECATED
in latest draft of IPP Version 2.0 Second Edition (in favor of simple
Close-Job).
