The latest draft of the Semantic Model Work Group Charter, incorporating all of the suggested edits received on November 19th, has been
posted. We are hoping to have a stable draft available for tomorrow's PWG Steering Committee meeting so that the charter can be approved.

Thanks for updating this so quickly.
Some small comments:
1. The problem statement now seems really abrupt. How about:
"The Semantic Model workgroup has previously modeled and defined interfaces
for the services hosted on Multifunction Devices. With the advent of both
mobile and cloud based imaging applications, the scope of the Semantic
Model workgroup activities is being expanded to include the modeling and
interfaces of distributed imaging systems."
2. I still feel OOS-1 excludes incorporation of cloud-based solutions (which
are indirectly network connected
) A simple fix would be to remove directly,
e.g.:
OOS-1. Definition of any service management or job operations for Imaging
Systems that are not network connected.
3. JobTicket-2 should probably have the same Q1 2015 milestone as SM3-2 since
the two specs are co-dependent.
