I have posted updated document templates to:

	https://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/general/templates/reg-template.docx
	https://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/general/templates/wd-template.docx
	https://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/general/templates/white-template.docx

The new templates have updated Unicode references, some typographical fixes, and the new DEPRECATED and OBSOLETED conformance terminology.
