I've posted another draft of IPP Firmware Update Extensions v1.0:

Changes in this draft:

Fixed editorial issues in section 4, including updates to Figures 3 and 4;
Renamed the ‘-failure’ keyword suffixes for “printer-state-reasons” to use ‘-failed’ instead;
Refactored the set of “printer-state-reasons” keywords to comply with the wiki page guidance, including renaming, deleting, and adding keywords;
Moved the scheduled update paragraphs of section 5.2 to a new 5.2.1 subsection, and moved the state / “printer-state-reasons” transition guidance paragraphs to a new section 4.6 “Firmware Update”; and
Updated IANA definitions.
