[IPP] IANA vs PWG 5100.15 mismatch for "input-orientation-requested"

Hi,

My GSoC mentee, Yogesh Singla, has found yet another issue.

PWG 5100.15, 7.1.1.11  defines "input-orientation-requested" as type 2 enum.

However, PWG 5100.15 section 12.1 lists it as type 2 keyword, and the 
same mistake is repeated in the IANA registrations database.

Please, fix.
