Canon would like to register the following new media sizes in the IANA IPP registry.
jpn_kaku6_162x229mm
jpn_kaku20_229x324mm
jpn_you2_114x162mm
jpn_youchou3_120x235mm
We note that there are existing envelope media sizes (iso_c5_162x229mm, iso_c4_229x324mm, iso_c6_114x162mm, jpn_chou3_120x235mm) defined in the IANA registry with the same width and length. However, these media sizes differ in terms of envelope flap position, feed direction, or orientation.
We would like to inquire about any concerns or guidelines regarding the registration of identical media sizes with he IANA IPP registry. Your feedback on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
