Hi,
TLS/1.0 and TLS/1.1 usage is less than 0.1% of Top 1 Million Websites!
Also, TLS/1.3 is now twice as common as TLS/1.2!
Equally interesting is the detailed list of cipher suites by prevalence.

Note - Common Criteria Network Device next version has completed
edits in their TLS WG to remove entirely (not just deprecate) TLS/1.0
and TLS/1.1 - that is to say, mainstream routers will NOT accept or
negotiate either TLS/1.0 or TLS/1.1 next year - relevant for all admin
interfaces for enterprise networks (and a strong hint for printers...).
Cheers,
- Ira
