Changes:
Changed normative requirement for the "client-info" Job Status attribute to be REQUIRED since the "client-info" operation attribute is REQUIRED;
Added the "client-info-supported" Printer Description attribute to list the supported members of "client-info";
Rewrote section 8.2 discussing the use of "client-info" and changed it to only be used for Job Creation Operations; and
Fixed entries in Table 12 - New Printer Description Attributes.
