Although the IPP attributes defined in 5100.18 for assisting OAuth
integration into IPP are linked to RFC 6750 "The OAuth 2.0 Authorization
Framework: Bearer Token Usage", no reference is listed to RFC 6750, nor are
the nuances of integrating OAuth 2.0 into IPP.
