[IPP] Updated IPP Finishings 2.1 Last Call Resolved Comments (LCRC) draft posted

I have just posted an updated LCRC stable draft of IPP Finishings 2.1 that should resolve all outstanding issues from the LCRC review on 1/11/17. It is available here:
