[IPP] New draft of IPP Finishings 2.1 posted for review

I have just posted a new draft of Finishings 2.1 for review. The document contains fixes for all the editorial issues identified in the last IPP WG conference call. As such, I believe this draft is stable enough to be ready for another Working Group Last Call. The new revision is available here:
