[IPP] [PWG5100.13] Issue #50: Section 1.2 "Coloring" should be renamed to no longer use "Coloring" - perhaps "Filtering"?

Section 1.2 "Coloring" - we decided in the IPP WG during the development of
the IPP Implementor's Guide v2 that the term "Coloring" was inappropriate,
and that a different term would be better. In IPP Implementor's Guide v2 we
used "filtering".
