[IPP] [PWG5100.14] Issue #34: Table 6: "overrides-supported" should be annotated with "note 6", not "note 2"

In Table 6, on page 36, the "overrides-supported" item should be annotated
with "note 6", not "note 2".  According to section 9.3, "overrides" is
conditionally supported depending on whether the printer supports PDF or
OpenXPS.

A similar fix is needed in Table 8 on page 43 for "overrides".
