[IPP] Updated Finishings 2.1 draft available for review

I have just posted an update to the IPP Finishings 2.1 draft document that we reviewed at the April 2016 F2F, with changes to resolve all the issues we identified in those meetings.  The new revision is available here on the PWG FTP site:
