[IPP] New prototype draft of IPP 3D Printing Extensions posted

I have posted the first prototype draft of the IPP 3D Printing Extensions to:

This is the first draft the working group feels is ready for prototyping.  Once we have received notification of prototyping we will address any prototyping feedback and advance this to stable status and start the last call process.
