Hi folks,
I just discovered that the URL in Carl-Uno's note has a bad directory
path component (new_PPE rather than new_EXC). The correct URL is:
ftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/new_EXC/pwg-ipp-exceptions-model-000131.pdf
(I just fetched the above URL and opened it in Acrobat Reader to verify)
