Just to confirm:
We added two variables DRV_PageWidth and DRV_PageLength to the driver variables.
The driver is supposed to feed these in the current resolution.
When specifying the positioning object, please assume that the origin is the upper left corner of the logical (before N-Up or zooming is resolved) page. The hardware margins are supposed to be part of the positioning values. So it's calculated from the edge, not for the printable area. If you need it for the printable area, you have to subtract something in the record.
