    I have updated the schema and XML files on the UPDF site.
    Nothing major, just some little repairs of some oversights.

    Currently under review or discussion:
    - specification documentation
        - review general section about dtd and schemas
        - review command sequences
    - messages in dependencies
        - especially with regards to composite features
    - a UPDF namespace and a transparent relationship to the Semantic Model
    - wildcards
    - some entry to indicate that all data files based on UPDF are not considered IP.
