    I have updated the UPDF web sites with the latest files.

    1. There are a few minor changes in the interdependencies section.
    I have added an Action element and moved the three actions we know below it. Now we are able to tell in the dtd that exactly one of them is mandatory.
    And I changed some other details.
    2. I have started some sample device fonts.
    There is an Arial and a Courier Bold Italic.
    The characters supported are not much more than the upper case alphabet. But it should be enough for testing.
    All mandatory entries are made, although some are nonsense. I wanted to accomplish a XML validation, which I did. Over time I will improve the sample fonts.
    Who is planning to build something for the support of device fonts on a platform? Or who is planning to build a tool to automatically create UPDF device font data?
    3. The specification documentation is updated.
    I have added the interdependencies section.
    I think it's not the worst section we did so far, although I did not care about the layout too much.
    It is complete and each detail reflects the dtd files and the sample implementations. So I consider this almost ready for a review.
