However, one thing I did notice that according
to the MSN spec. there is supposed to be a "latest" ABNF file at the following
URL:
ftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/standards/pwg5101-abnf.txt
And that's not the correct URL for a lot of
reasons......
