I have corrected a mistake in the location for where we agreed to store our
schema files.

The incorrect line:
* Schema files will be at Location
<http://www.pwg.org/project/version/*.xsd>

has been corrected and now reads:
* Schema files will be at Location
<http://www.pwg.org/schemas/project/version/*.xsd>
