Background

- PSI/1.0 spec defines (in the TargetDeviceSupportInterface)
  3 operations for Target Device to Print System notifications
  (but NOT for Print System to Print Client notifications):
    - SendTargetDeviceNotification
    - SendJobNotification
    - SendDocumentNotification

- PSI/1.0 spec (in order to complete Formal Approval) must either:
  - delete those operations (and the simple subscription in the
    RegisterTargetDevice response from the Print System);
  <or>
  - refer to a new Events spec and Events schema that have been
    formally approved and adopted into the PWG Semantic Model

Here are the errors in the PWG Semantic Model Schema that have been
discovered.

1) PrinterDescription.xsd: PdlOverrideSupported
      Should not be multivalued

2) PrinterDescription.xsd: DocumentNaturalLanguageDefault,
DocumentNaturalLanguageSupported
   PwgCommon.xsd: DocumentNaturalLanguage, ElementsNaturalLanguage,
DocumentNaturalLanguage
   PwgWellKnownValues.xsd: NaturalLanguageWKV
   JobDescription.xsd: DocumentNaturalLanguageSupplied,
DocumentNaturalLanguage
       Extension pattern is incorrect and list of well know values is
incomplete

3)PwgCommon.xsd: Version
       Pattern should be 0-9 instead of 0,9
