Greetings:
The "Printer Working Group (PWG) Semantic Model" has completed Last Call
with no open issues. Therefore I am submitting the specification for PWG
approval by FORMAL VOTE.

Note that three edits are outstanding:

complete FORMAL VOTE).
3) Remove line numbers.
