I guess I'll be first to stick my neck out and say I lean toward remain=

Proposed in order to deliver the enhancements sooner. The only benefit =

see going to Draft is if there are Printer, Printer Software and/or OS/=

who will not adopt the Printer MIB unless it is Draft. If this sentimen=

Likewise, would it be more expedient for the HR MIB to embrace it's
improvements
in a similar fashion... remaining at Proposed? I would still like to se=
e the
additional hrPrinterDetectedErrorState bits align with our updated MIB!=
In general, it appears the IETF is less interested in playing a major r=
ole in
standardizing MIBs, these days. They've basically refused to consider t=
he Job
MIB
which leads me to believe they have relegated all future standard MIBs =
to
the status of Proposed or Informational.
