I agree that:
Changing the syntax of the prtLocalizationLanguage and prtLocalizationCountry
read-only objects from OCTET STRING (SIZE(0..2)) to DISPLAY STRING(SIZE(2))
would clarify that the codeed char set is not subject to the value of
prtGeneralStaticCodeSet, and that the char set is fixed at NVT ASCII
(and that its always two characters long).

Need to change in two places (the SEQUENCE and the SYNTAX) for each object.
