To further underscore the requirement for implementations, the
IETF publishes current implementation reports from working groups
wishing to advance the status of their documents. These current
implementation reports are online at:

http://www.ietf.org/IESG/implementation.html

This page reiterates the "draft" requirement for at least two
independent implementations at the top of this page.

We might could learn alot about how to format our implementation
experience report from reviewing these current documents from
other working groups...
