The info from the IEEE Balloting Service Center is:
1. The Invitations to Ballot for P1394.3 were printed and sent to the
copy center (for cover letter and attachment) and mailroom this
morning.
2. The closing date for returning the invitations will be 7/3/2000.
That means the Balloting Center will actually close these invitations
on 7/5 due to the holiday.
