What I am talking about is the PAR proposed at PWG meeting ,not July MSC
meeting.
My understanding is that proposed PAR was reviewed at July PWG 1394
meeting and modified ,and the modified PAR will be submitted to IEEE
MSC before August.
My concern is that the PAR to be submitted to MSC should be disclosed
for everyone before being submitted to MSC.
