At the next meeting I would like to work on establishing
a schedule. To get started and to generate some discussion
I would like to propose the following milestones.
May Meeting:

discuss issues

Design complete, decide on proposals, close issues

Functional Complete Specification, last chance to complete features.
September Meeting:

First page turner review, discuss any future proto plans for
interoperability event
November Meeting:

Second review
December Meeting:

Specification Complete, only minor editorial changes at this time
