The Resource Service Prototype draft updated from the last teleconference
is now available as:

the version without revision marks:

and

the version with revision marks:
ftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/mfd/wd/wd-mfdresourcemodel10-20090318-rev.pdf

The updates include the changes in the service state transition tables and
diagram, and the theory of operations accordingly.
