All,

I corrected an ambiguity in the minutes and posted the updated minutes
with the same file name.
I also added line numbers in the minutes.

If you have already downloaded the one previously posted, please reload.

The change is in how the Scan Service model handles intra-element
conflicts for the 'MUST HONORED' intent.
