    Minor correction - the CD-ROM is something you get when you buy the
    book from ESP (follow the links from the CUPS site -
    http://www.cups.org/); if you buy it from Amazon, for example, you
    won't get the CD-ROM, since SAMS currently is not including the CD
    with the book...
