Many inkjet papers don't have a coating at all, right? I hate to
quibble, but how about:
stationery-inkjet
Separately cut sheets of an opaque material that can be printed on
both sides and is designed to minimize the spread of liquid inks
^^^^ could also be "coated"
This makes it truly generic with regards to coating - the glossy and
matte types can be used to specify a particular finish.
