But don't forget that the 'nonce' value from the challenge may be good for
only one use (according to the Digest Auth standard). So, if you rely on
Validate-Job exclusively, you have to make a lot of round trips to reliably
print a job from a one-shot client (one that can't back up and regenerate
the document data from the beginning once it has started sending):
Send a Validate-Job to provoke a challenge
Send another Validate-Job with the authentication-info to see if the
Print-Job request will be accepted
Send a third Validate-Job to get a fresh nonce
Finally, send your Print-Job.
