I'm not sure what is "b", but
a) over email 0
b) over IPP 0
c) over INDP 0
d) over SNMP 0
If "b" is same as one I want, I will change my mind.
I'm end user. I don't want to know paperout notification even if email.
I only want to know whether page completed or not, but it dosen't mean notification from printer. If my application indicates me, its enough.
I think we need not to care about network truffic, because intelligent
client will be able to check printer with reasonable interval.
Otherwise if client can keep connection with printer a little bit longer
after it finish sending data, it will be able to know job completion.
