W3C uses a 'generic URL' to point to the 'latest copy'
of any of their work-in-progress drafts. On a UNIX-like
file system the generic URL is a soft link to the
actual current version. I suggest that any URL for
such a list off the PWG main web site should be
durable, in this sense, since magazines and other
outside media are likely users.
