All,
So far Xerox and Microsoft will be bringing test tools/suites.

Will there be any others?

We want to get an idea of what test tools will be available for the
Bake-Off. It is desirable to make the tools available to the participants
prior to the Bake-Off. This will allow individuals to test their
implementation and permit the test tools to be debugged prior to the
Bake-Off. We want to limit the amount of test tool debugging during the
Bake-Off.
