I'm concerned with using a Web browser to send
an IPP request to the printer because I will
be getting an HTTP packet with embedded IPP,
probably over Port 80. I would be expecting
IPP traffic through Port 631.
Is there some non-Web way of sending an IPP
request so the default port is 631 and the
Port Sniffer can rest assured that 631 is
always IPP and 80 is always HTML -- within
certain limits of course?
Thanks,
Carlos
