Harald,
A thousand pardons for these malformed messages. We're looking into
the problem and hope to solve it soon. At this point we're not sure
whether the problem rests in the majordomo system or the bulk mailer.
Unfortunately, the person uniquely responsible for the design and
management of the PWG mailing lists expectedly passed away recently,
and now we're scrambling to figure out how this system has been setup
and to solve this problem.

I'll refuse to handle any more mail that comes in with headers like
the one below.
The problem is that SOME link on the chain is inserting a blank line
in the header, meaning that my MUA cannot access the To: or Subject:
fields.
Adding insult to injury, it is not setting the return-path to point to the
list manager.
