ftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/new_PRO/ipp-pro-980630.doc says "A client MUST NOT expect a response from an IPP server until after the client has sent the entire response." What about "100 Continue" responses (and related HTTP Expect headers)?
