I have downloaded a document in which I have defined the XML encoding of IPP
using an XML schema. This schema covers most of section 15.3 in the model
document and in particular defines the following
=B7 The structure with regard to the attribute groups=20
=B7 Which attribute groups are mandatory or optional in each operation=20
=B7 Which operation attributes are mandatory, optional for the client and
optional
to implement=20
=B7 Which job and printer attributes are mandatory, optional for the sender,=
and
optional to implement=20
=B7 Which attributes must be implemented as a group.=20
=B7 What types and values are allowed for each attribute=20
=B7 Which types must be explicitly typed for an attribute.=20
=B7 The order or lack of order of various components. =20
The document has comments in blue and is meant to illustrate what is=
possible
with XML.
