Sorry, but "Message Disposition Notifications" is a new term to me.
Can you post any pointers to this? Is this a (separately defined)
communications standard, or part-and-parcel of Internet Fax?

I would think Harry Lewis' oft-mentioned "Job Submission Id"
would be the logical choice here. Perhaps Harry can comment.
