Taking text from ISO?IEC 10175 OKed bu ISO

Stan McConnell, who is the editor of the ISO/IEC 10175 documents wrote a
message on our behalf some time back to ask if ISO had any objections to us
reusing texts from the ISO DPA text.

We have just received the following positive reply back from the ISO Central
Secretariat:
