    5.2.1 compression-supplied (type3 keyword)
    5.2.2 document-charset-supplied (charset)
    5.2.3 document-digital-signature-supplied (type2 keyword)
    5.2.4 document-format-details-supplied (1setOf collection)
    5.2.5 document-format-supplied (mimeMediaType)
    5.2.6 document-format-version-supplied (text(127))
    5.2.7 document-message-supplied (text(MAX))
    5.2.8 document-name-supplied (name (MAX))
    5.2.9 document-natural-language-supplied (naturalLanguage)

    Maybe make MAY on 'document-format-details-supplied' and
    'document-format-message-supplied'.
